Reform Pilates opened at Trade Central on the 26th October.
Reform’s mission is to turn traditional pilates on it’s head, creating an upbeat, dynamic and results driven experience.
Their classes are achievable for every level of fitness and ability. They train elite athletes, people recovering from injury, those in the golden age bracket and everything in between.
