Shave for a Cure is Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand’s signature fundraising event, running for over 2 decades. Shaving is a bold but simple way of helping the Kiwis diagnosed with blood cancer or serious blood condition.

Eight Kiwis – adults and children – are diagnosed each day with blood cancer. There’s a good chance that they may lose their hair through chemotherapy because it can harm their hair follicles; this can be a difficult, scary and isolating experience.
